We provide you with an easy way to offer your items for sale by
on-line auctioning. Our services provide high quality digital
pictures, professional marketing, and our eBay PowerSeller
status, to maximize promotion and increase your profits.
We handle everything from pre-sales customer service to
packing and shipping and finally payment processing. After your
item sells, you receive a check. It's just that easy!

Our selling percentages include all eBay listing, final evaluation and
paypal collection fees. This is an important distinction that save you an
additional 10-15%!
Each item is subject to a minimum fee of $5.00.
Inn Storage will deduct the following from the final sale price prior to
mailing your check.
Based on the final selling price:
30% of the first $500.00
25% of the next $500.00
20% of the next $2000
15% of the remaining amount over $3000.00
Please contact us for special pricing quotes on items estimated to sell at
more than $7,500.00.
Additional Information
If an item does not sell on the initial auction your item can be:
- Re-listed - Additional fees may apply.
- Picked up - Item must be collected within 7 days of notification.
Items not picked up within 7 days will be donated to charity or discarded.
The above fees do not include shipping, packaging and insurance fees
(usually paid by the Buyer). Sales tax may be charged where applicable.
